I facilitate negotiations for parties involved in a legal dispute. I speak English and Spanish, and provide mediation services in both languages. Language should not be a barrier to effective negotiations. I provide mediation for people who have already filed a formal suit (divorce, personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination and other civil cases), and for those who wish to resolve their marital dispute without involvement of the court - pre-suit mediation. In pre-suit mediations, I assist people negotiate a Marital Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan, and any other issues related to a divorce.
