Noemi Santana’s career and personal interests have focused on supporting local small businesses with technical assistance and providing guidance to non-profit organizations on fundraising strategies. She graduated with her master’s degree in business finance. Noemi is a trailblazer in sales and leadership and business development. Currently, Noemi serves in the capacity of Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager. Noemi covers the Tampa Bay Market Area for Fifth Third Bank. Overall, Noemi has 32 years of banking experience.


Noemi although an empty nester has 3 children, 1 boy, two girls and 4 grandkids.  She is a proud Boys Scouts mom, a prior Board member of the for the Jacksonville Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce and now active supporter of the Tampa Bay Hispanic Chamber.


Noemi volunteered as consultant for the African American Cultural society in Palm Coast and served as a past board member for Pace Center for girls. Noemi worked closely with the Flagler County NAACP Housing committee and played an inspirational role in launching the Flagler County NAACP Afro-Academic Cultural Technological Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO) program, which is designed to offer scholarships to high school students. Today she dedicates her spare time to being a business logistics advisor to the Flagler/Volusia County Boys and Girls Club.  


Noemi donates her hours to many organizations in her community. She provides financial literacy on a large scale to the business community. Today Noemi’s focus is providing awareness on lending opportunities to the small business community with a focus minority business owner advancement.
